My Pregnancy Retreats have been designed to give you the time and space to do just that, to connect and relax.
We invite you, on Sunday 28th September, to join us for a gorgeous day, just for you. Arrive to welcome drinks, meet the fellow mums to be you'll be with for the day, snack, eat & chat, then step into sessions & taster treatments focusing on informing, educating, empowering, relaxing & connecting.

Hypnobirthing Antenatal Preparation
Join me for a hypnobirthing introduction including a deep relaxation & breathwork session.
Complimentary Therapies in Pregnancy
Say goodbye to pregnancy-related discomforts like nausea, stress, anxiety, insomnia, pelvic girdle pain, sciatica, and more with our holistic midwife Sam.
Golden Hour, Breastfeeding & Matresence
A gorgeous session with Certified Breastfeeding Support Worker Laine, discussing everything from the golden hour, feeding & newborn behaviour through to Matresence & what does that mean as we embark on motherhood.
Pelvic Floor Health & Strength
How much do we truly understand the importance of Pelvic Health? and how strength is so important to us as women & mothers.
Sarah will share some practical tips & information on all that is on offer to support you in pregnancy & post- natal.
Acupuncture & Ear Seeding
Experience a tongue analysis & ear seeding with Lucia based on supporting your current symptoms in pregnancy.
Plus understand the benefits of acupuncture in pregnancy & post natal recovery.
Event Photography
Victoria Prince will be joining to take event photos while you enjoy your day. Please do share at booking if you would like to not be in these photos.
Victoria will also share information on her own photography packages available in pregnancy, with newborns, as a family & first birthdays too - Plus a discount will be shared with all those who attend!
Tickets are £48 per person & include all of the above, plus food & refreshments on the day AND an amazing goodie bag full of treats & discounts.
The event is held at Holistic Hummingbird, Unit 1 Longham Business Park, Ringwood Road, Ferndown, BH22 9BU. Arrival is from 9.45am, the pregnancy retreat will start at 10am and run until 2.30pm. Parking is available right outside the building.
